This video will show you the proper way to test if an IGBT is functioning properly. There are two test procedures used in the video: A collector-emitter junction test and a gate oxide test. For the test procedure you will need a multimeter that is capable of measuring resistance and has a diode check symbol for testing diodes. The multimeter featured in the video is a Fluke 177. Most manufacturers IGBT devices are 100% tested before shipping and guaranteed to meet the published parametric data. We generally do not recommend re-testing by the customer because of the potential of damaging the device. The modern smartphone is enabled by a billion-plus nanotransistors, each having an active region that is barely a few hundred atoms long. Interestingly the same amazing technology has also led to a deeper understanding of the nature of current flow on an atomic scale and my aim is to make these lessons from nanoelectronics accessible to anyone in any branch of science or engineering. I will assume very little background beyond linear algebra and differential equations, although we will be discussing advanced concepts in non-equilibrium statistical mechanics that should be of interest even to specialists. In the first half, Part A, of this course (4 weeks) we introduce a new perspective connecting the quantized conductance of short ballistic conductors to the familiar Ohm's law of long diffusive conductors, along with a brief description of the modern nanotransistor. In the second half, Part B, (4 weeks) we will address fundamental conceptual issues related to the meaning of resistance on an atomic scale, the interconversion of electricity and heat, the second law of thermodynamics and the fuel value of information.

Plus de ventilation sur une 406 ... Le Neyman a une sortie HS ... Il suffit de shunter un (+) sortie neiman et le raccorder sur l'entrée ventilation. Déposez le carter sous le volant, 3 vis 1/4 de tour . Contrôlez les alims avant et sortie neiman . dans le cas ci dessous, contact mis pas de plus sur le fil noir (et oui moi aussi j'aurais bien dit qu'un noir était un moins ou une masse, mais pas chez peugeot, c'est un + ! très logique !) vous pouvez vérifier en shuntant d'un plus fil rouge ou orange sur l'alim ventilateur ... Dénudez un orange ou jaune puis le noir (ou rouge sur d'autres modèles... ils ont du virer l'électricien qui mettait des + sur les noirs ! :) ) soudez 2 cosses femelles à même hauteur (protégez le sol avec un carton ! raccordez les deux cosses avec un fusible plat de 10 à 15A (vérifiez a l’ampèremètre ventilateur au max mais 15A ça doit le faire). Isolez chaque cosse, puis l'ensemble ... c'est un plus (+) et la colonne de direction n'est pas loin ... ça peut faire court jus ! mettez le contact
