HASfit I have been doing your abs workouts twice a week for the last few months and I really love the variety of your abs workouts. A lot of websites and videos focus on crunches only but you guys target all muscles in the core with all the different exercises you offer and I love that. My core thanks you for it haha

Great video! I'm wondering though, if I'm doing the high plank walkout wrong, since the move is really easy. I only feel it a little in my shoulders. I'm trying to keep my tailbone tucked under to keep my abs engaged during the movement, but it ends up feeling like a goofy downward dog.

Nice workout.. does abs workout burn the stubborn abs fat ?? The last 8 pounds of fat concentrated all over my belly and lower abs .. pls help give me the magical solution cause I am really tired of following healthy diet and exercise regularly with almost no result..

Hi Wafa, everyone will carry their last 8 pounds in a different place. Some will carry it more in their legs and some more in their lower abs. Unfortunately, there is no way to target or spot reduce fat and you must lose it all over equally. There's also no magical solution.... unless you consider hard work and patience magical. If you've come to a stand still in your progress, then we'd recommend taking a closer look at your diet.
